DOES A MAN WHO CHEATS ON HIS WIFE REALLY LOVE HER ?

On the radio this morning, a topic came up on whether a man who cheats on his wife really love them?

Both sides had valid points. Guys were saying sex outside the marriage is simply a physical thing, a release so to speak, nothing intimate about it, no emotional connection involved, as long as you hide it well, you should be okay.

Women were saying that if he truly loved his wife it just wouldn't happen period no matter the lust he felt, or the temptation thrown his way, for him to cheat on her meant he really didn't care.

My personal opinion is yes, a man can love his wife yet get pleased sexually elsewhere besides home. Love isn't the problem here, respect is. I feel that once you decide to propose and get married, you should understand the responsi-

bilities that come along with that, especially fighting temptation. You CHOSE to take your relationship to the next level, she said yes with full faith and trust in you, most women do take those vows seriously.

Though to guys sex with some-one else may not mean anything, they love their spouse to death and the last thing they want is to lose their family, to the woman thats a pain thats very hard to take. You didn't respect her enough to avoid the one thing that is a sure relationship ender.

Mind you, in most cases the women find out either by the mans actions, or someone else, the last thing you'd want is her finding out by someone else telling her or bringing it to her attention, now not only is she being
cheated on but also humiliated because others around her know but she doesn't. It's even worse when you have children because it shows lack of respect for your family life as a whole. It's like your saying you were willing to risk all of that just for a simple relief that you could have gotten at home.

Or even worse such as in the McNair case, the wife finding out AFTER he dies!!! How do you get through something like that?! You can't ask why, your hurt, angry, disappointed, here it is he's dead but your left with the questions not just from yourself but the kids and everyone else! How do you get through those emotions, anger, hate, love, hurt you name it! ...Wow I couldn't imagine.

I always tell people simply because you love someone is not enough of a reason to get married and start a family, both people have to be mentally and physically prepared for such an undertaking, it takes a great deal of mat urity, compromise and sacrifice. No relationship is easy but with the right amount of understanding and communication it can be made less hard.

Understand that issues that you had before marriage will not go away simply because your married, if your future husband is a party-er, flirt, etc, that will NOT go away with marriage. If your future wife is insecure, jealous etc...that will not go away with marriage. If two people are serious about making that step then certain things will start to wain before hand so that they can go into the relationship with a clear mind and work on it together. Unfortunately that rarely happens. I can't tell you how many weddings I've been too for friends, families and co workers where I'm saying to myself 'goodness these people should not begetting married!' But to each it's own, where the delusion that once you get married all problems stop come from is beyond me lolz.

So ladies I want to hear your take on this?

Guys I want to really hear your opinions as well.

In fact I want to hear how it would be taken if the shoe was on the other foot,

what would you do if you found out your wife whom never gave you an inkling of a clue as to her 'dipping' out on you, was cheating on you?

Would you accept the "it didn't mean anything" reasoning?

How would you take it if it came from your friends or peers?

Would you leave or would you stay?

If you stayed, how would it affect your trust and relationship as a whole, could you still look at her the same?

Never Give Up!

One day I decided to quit...
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality. ..
I wanted to quit my life.

I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.

'God', I asked, 'Can you give me one good reason not to quit?'

His answer surprised me...

'Look around', He said. 'Do you see the fern and the bamboo?'
 'Yes', I replied.
'When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds,
I took very good care of them.
I gave them light. I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth.

Its brilliant green covered the floor.

Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed.

But I did not quit on the bamboo.

In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.

And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed.

But I did not quit on the bamboo', He said.

'In year three, there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.
 But I would not quit.

In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed.

I would
 not quit.' He said.

'Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared
to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant. ..

But just 6
months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots.
Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.

'I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.'

He asked me.

'Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots'.

'I would not quit on the bamboo.

I will never quit on you.'
'Don't compare yourself to others.'

He said.

'The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.'
'Your time will come',

God said to me.
 'You will rise high'
'How high should I rise?'
  I asked.
'How high will the bamboo rise?' He asked in return.

'As high as it can?' I questioned.

'Yes.'

He said,

'Give me glory by rising as high as you can.'

I left the forest and brought back this story.

I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.

Never, Never, Never Give up.

For Prayer is not an option but an opportunity.

Don't tell the Lord how big the problem is,

tell the problem how Great the Lord is!

Heaven’s door opened this morning,

God asked me...

My CHILD...
what can I do for you?'
and I said

'Protect and bless the one reading this message.

God smiled and answered
...
'REQUEST GRANTED'

This message is now in your hands.

What will YOU do with it?

send this to  people so they too will have their

lives in God's hands

Which type of man your husband?

Husbands used to be all the same. Not anymore, Rougedefines the new prototype husband. Find out which one works for you!

The Fatherly Husband:

This old almost father-like husband is favourite amongst young girls who want nothing but money. He’s a billionaire, multi-married and is prone to heart attacks! A new young wife immediately puts the grandfather hubby on a diet. There’ll be dramatic weight loss, booze-free, no smoking and coloured hair days. The idea is to keep him fit until he signs everything to his dear wife. Remember, Anna Nicole Smith, 26 and how she married billionaire J. Howard Marshall, 89. Sometimes money takes over love issues!

The Gay Husband:

He is a husband, just for the namesake. The fact that he seems to have gay male friends could be hint. Gay husband is a pain as his true love and feelings is for someone of same sex. Remember the movie, Brokeback Mountain. The man-on-man stories are really catching up. So, ladies better be careful.

The Super-Ugly, Rich Husband:

He’s got everything except the looks. He has the ego of 10 men; he thinks he is God, pays for everyone and everything. Cherry on the top, he will have the most beautiful woman by his side. When you see this couple in a party, the first things that come to your mind are ‘How could she?’ or ‘Does she really have sex with him?’. This husband is surviving because he’s got money everywhere. He’ll pamper her with diamonds, new houses and she’ll stick to him till his money disappears.

The Greedy Husband:

He is too lazy to work and earn huge bucks. The easy way out is to hunt out for a multi-millionaire girl irrespective of her looks. All he wants is a BMW, the wine, cigars, penthouse, club memberships - but he’s not prepared to work hard for them. Fortune-hunting husband is basically a charming, lazy guy.

The Flirty Husband:

He has a nice wife but still he is greedy and loves to be surrounded by other beauties too. He can’t help groping his way through his wife’s friends, female coworkers, lady doctors -- basically any female with good looks. He won’t ever miss a chance of dropping or picking wife’s cousins or female friends to the airport or passing comments like ‘Sorry, but I can’t stop staring at your deep brown eyes’. He’s the sort of man that is incapable of being faithful. No love is true love for him; he can slip for any attractive girl.

The Always Penniless Husband:

The relationship starts off with thousand promises but soon all the charm fades away. He is unemployable, sitting at home eating and watching football. His parents thought he will realize his responsibilities after marriage, but no gain. The wife takes nearly no maternity leave and seems to be supporting her entire household on her salary alone. Truly, this husband is a life sentence of misery.

The Friendly Hubby:

He’s not a bad husband but his life is dedicated to his own social advancement. He cares too much about the parties, hanging with friends, night outs, travelling, long drives with his buddies. He is so very excited about these things, that he won’t even mind taking over his wife’s social life. He doesn’t believe in staying at home, he wants to have blast every night. This kind of husband can drive his wife to social madness.

The Almost Perfect Husband:

On the face, he appears to be a dream husband but in reality he is too irritating. He’s attentive, caring, loving, polite, well-dressed but always hovering near his wife, interrupting when she’s on phone, checking how much she’s been eating, drinking and spending. He’s just too much to handle. He turns up everywhere his wife goes at lunches, parties and he secretly hates her to have any friends and forbids her to even work. He basically shows he is a gem of a husband but he is a real pain. He looks like a perfect guy but he ain’t.

The Brick

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar.. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw
something.

As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown.

The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting,

'What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?' The young boy was apologetic. 'Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do,' He pleaded. 'I threw the brick because no one else would stop....' With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car.. 'It's my brother, 'he said 'He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up.'

Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, 'Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me.'

Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat... He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh
scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay. 'Thank you and may God bless you,' the grateful child told the stranger. Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy! push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home..

It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was verynoticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: 'Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!' God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's our choice to listen or not.

Read this line very slowly and let it sink in...
"If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it".

Home Remedies for CRAMPS

Cramps can be defined as an unpleasant and painful sensation of the muscles.

They are normally caused by overexertion of the muscles, causing them to contract and shorten painfully.

Cramps can also be triggered by the cold weather. Other causes of cramps could be food poisoning or illness.

If you suffer from cramps all of a sudden, there are the home remedies that can give you relief readily available

from your kitchen counter.

Home Remedies For Cramps

Home Remedies for Cramps with Hot beverage:
If you get the cramps, try to sit and relax for a while.
Then drink some hot water with ginger in it. You can also take a hot cup of tea or coffee if
you find water with ginger not pleasant to your taste buds.

Treat Cramps with Pickle Juice:
Cramps can be very painful. To counter the pain, ask somebody to get you the pickle jar from the fridge.
Drain its juice and drink it. You should drink at least a cup of pickle juice for the cramps to disappear fast.

Natural Treatments for Cramps with Hot compress:
If these juices and beverages are nowhere in sight for some reason, just get the heating pad and put it on the affected part.
You can also use a hot compress or any water bottle filled with very hot water.
Place it exactly on the painful area and just leave it there until the pain subsides.

Natural Remedies for Cramps with Peppermint candies or lollipops:
You might look like a child asking for some treats with these home remedies for cramps. But they really work so give it a try.
Find yourself some lollipops and peppermint from the candy jar. Finish it up and your cramps should go right after.

Remedies for Cramps with Massage:
No other remedy would be best for cramps other than a good massage.
However, you have to remember this rule of thumb when massaging muscles to relieve cramps:
rub the muscles that are the exact opposite of the affected area.
For example, if the cramped muscle is the lower thigh, massage the upper thigh muscle
to achieve the desired results.

Kitchen Remedies for Better Hair

Kitchen Remedies for Better Hair

Your kitchen cabinet holds the secret to lovely, healthy hair. There are so many things that can be done and so many fruits, vegetables and herbs that can be used for making your hair feel and look good. Here's how....

The best conditioner your hair can need is right there, among your foodstuff. In today's world, nothing is farfetched and almost every herb, oil, ingredient, can be found. All you need to do is search in the right places. The herbs and ingredients mentioned in this article can be easily found in your area as well as in herbal stores that keep herbs from other countries. Chemical adaptations of the same, would never quite aptly play out as positively as the real ingredients themselves. Let's have a look at some kitchen remedies for better hair through the information mentioned in this article.

Herbal Kitchen for Healthy Hair
Honey and Olive OilAll you need to do is mix equal portions of honey and olive oil, and massage into your scalp. Remember, this is not an after shampoo conditioner, so no rubbing into strands of hair. Instead, this is the conditioner which is nutritious for the roots of your hair. So rub it into the hair base. Then wrap your head with a warm towel for about thirty minutes. Use your mildest shampoo now and you will notice that your hair doesn't come away squeaky clean as if someone has taken away life from it, instead it sits heavy and luxuriant on your head. That's nutrition, not cosmetics!!!

MayonnaiseIf your hair is dry and flaky, rub in four or five teaspoons of mayonnaise into your scalp and leave it on for half an hour before shampooing. Remember, mayo contains oil, egg and mustard powder, just the right recipe for imparting wholesome moisture to dead looking hair. As an after shampoo, rinse with about half a teaspoon of honey in about a liter (4 mugs) of water. Don't wash away this last rinse, and it acts as an excellent conditioner for dry, dull hair.

Honey, Lemon and Tea
To get a shine to dull hair, one can also use honey and lemon juice in your last rinse after shampooing hair, and do not wash it out. Instead, dry your hair well and brush vigorously. The sheen that is seen is all natural glow of one of the most wonderful natural foods, honey. Lemon is also a natural conditioner and imparts a natural shine to hair, whatever type it may be. It I extensively used as an additive to conditioners and always used as a part of herbal remedies for dull hair. It also acts as an antiseptic and astringent, cleaning up the scalp of dandruff debris and leaving it clean and free of infections. A rinse made with tea and lemon juice also serves to clean up the greasiness of oily hair without interfering in its ph balance or drying it up excessively (which is what most shampoos do).

Lentils and Orange Water
There are more secrets in your kitchen cabinet to help with oily greasy hair. Soak any lentil in a glass of water for half an hour (you can eat the lentils, excellent source of protein). Meanwhile, boil the rind of an orange and add the water wit the lentil water. (The boiled rind may be used as a flouring for cakes or cookies). The mixture of these two waters forms a priceless rinse for oily hair.

Gooseberries and Lemon Juice
There are a number of other remedies for darkening hair. Gooseberries are one of the most favored fruits for hair maintenance in the East. Its extract is great for cleansing and condition hair while roasted, it has the capacity to darken hair. Try mixing ground, dried gooseberries with lemon juice and applying on graying hair. Gradually, graying will stop and the hair will be much healthier than before. Black peppercorns are another remedy for darkening hair and preventing premature graying. Powdered and mixed with yogurt, black peppers make a great hair color. Wash hair at least once a week with this mixture, and see how the graying stops and the hair become softer and more manageable.

Hibiscus Tea
Though it may not always be possible to have other color for hair by way of your kitchen cabinet, there are ideas available to enrich the tone of your natural hair color and even fix colors. For instance, hot hibiscus tea (a rich shade of deep red), enriches red tints in your hair while black tea rinses are supposed to bring out the golden highlights in hair. Onion or lemon juice works wonders to brighten the shades of natural henna while an apple cider rinse will help fix the color on gray hair.

Banana, Egg and MilkMash a banana with an egg and blend it with half a cup of milk. Add some olive oil to this paste and apply this as a hair mask. Leave it on for half an hour, after which you must use a very mild shampoo to wash off the egg and paste. This will condition your hair like a charm. If you find this mix too smelly, use a shower cap, which will help keep your hair stay up, prevent any leaks and not smell funny.

Coconut Oil and Lemon Juice
Another widespread problem with hair is dandruff. Ayurveda has a very simple remedy for dandruff. Certain easily available oils help eliminate this condition, since it is essentially brought about by drying of the scalp surface. Mix one part of lemon juice with two parts of coconut oil and use it for a regular oil massage. The results will show in a couple of weeks. Alternately try mixing up one teaspoon of camphor with equal portions of mustard and coconut oil. The resultant mix is a bit strong smelling but does its job quite effectively.

Coconut Milk and Lemon Cream
Did you know that there is a natural method for straightening hair too? Of course, it may not be instant, but then it is infinitely healthier than straightening chemicals and irons that do irreparable damage to hair. Get a fresh coconut and blend it well, till about a glassful of milk can be extracted from the pulp. Add the juice of one lime to this milk, stir well into the glass and refrigerate till it acquires a creamy layer on the top. This cream can be rubbed onto the scalp, and left on, covered with a hot towel, for about an hour. Then rinse it off with a mild shampoo and warm water. Repeat this three times a week and you will notice that your unruly locks are gradually straightening up.

Coconut Oil and Mixed Herbs
In Asian countries, especially in the coastal regions, graying is not the greatest of threats. Perhaps their diet takes care of their hair so well, or maybe they know the secret to dark hair till old age. Whatever it may seem, there is one secret that we can share with natives of South India, a land known for doe eyed and raven haired women since times immemorial. The most basic hair tonic to ensure that your mane doesn't gray can be made by burning curry leaves and then boiling this powder with coconut oil. Use this oil as your preferred hair tonic once a week and the result is absolute stoppage of graying and hair fall. Alternately, a handful of curry leaves can be pounded into pulp, and then boiled with coconut milk, till it yields oil. This oil is priceless nourishment for the scalp and ensures longevity and luster and color for hair. Of course, in kitchen cabinets of the Western homes, coconut and curry leaves may not be a common storage item, but they can be easily had from any Asian store.

Tips for Healthy Hair
These are some specific conditions of hair. But Ayurveda also has some generic recommendations that will prevent some or all of these problems to begin with. Of course, we can try to follow a good hair care regime to make sure these problems never cross our path, to begin with.
  • Grate some fresh ginger. Mix with honey and place it in a jar. Eat 1 tea spoon everyday.
  • Use natural shampoo, studiously avoiding so -called medicated shampoos that may just aggravate your problem, or create one where there is none.
  • Use amla (embilica officinalis) (dried gooseberry powder), Shikakai (Acacia concinna) (soapnuts powder) for washing the hair.
  • Use medicated oils like, 'Arnica oil'. Put oil on the scalp and massage gently in the roots of the hair.
  • Maintain a regular bowel movement.
  • The diet should contain more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soybean and vitamin A.
  • A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is good to drink to induce hair growth. It provides all the vitamins you need for a great skin and a healthy scalp. Another good idea is the juice of alfalfa mixed with that of carrot and lettuce.
  • Daily application of coconut oil mixed with lime- juice on the hair is also beneficial. Applying juice of green coriander leaves on the head is also good.
Above all, regular exercise, a strict food diet system and of course, positive thinking helps your mane to glow.
